Time to take a break and focus on your mental health! Research has shown that consciously practicing mindfulness can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
Join James Huffman, Academic Partnerships and Outreach Program Manager from the Health Promotion Office, for a session to create the time and space for mindfulness. This workshop will teach a basic definition of mindfulness and simple skills for practicing daily mindfulness, providing you with tools you can use outside of the session.
Open to all graduate students and postdocs.
