Welcome to How to use Alignment Theory to Improve Mentor/Mentee Relationships. Having information on values, drive, motivation and accountability will help you design a communication plan to improve your mentor/mentee dynamic. The more skilled we become at self-awareness, the better we become at developing meaningful interactions leaving assumptions, miscommunication and frustrations in the dust.
