Mentorship plays a vital role in the success of graduate students and postdocs, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth. In this workshop, Dr. Christine Wiedinmyer, Associate Director for Science at CIRES, will share practical strategies for identifying, cultivating, and leveraging mentorship connections to enhance your academic and professional journey. Participants will have the opportunity to comprise a personalized "mentor map," to visualize and strengthen their mentoring networks.
All CU Boulder postdocs and graduate students are welcome.
