Grad+ Endurance Seminar Series - Spring 2023

Our Grad+ Endurance Seminar Series is back for the spring semester!

This seminar series led by Leslie Blood, PhD, will consist of weekly one-hour check-ins to support goal setting, planning and provide a clear understanding of how values should drive goals and habit structures. Students will find that these Endurance Seminars provide a solid foundation which should reduce stress and help them find their place in the graduate community.

The spring session will begin the week of January 24 and will run through the week of April 11 (with no programming Spring Break week). All sessions will take place via zoom.

If you have not taken a full year of Endurance Seminar, we recommend you start with the Introduction to Endurance Seminar. If you have completed a year or more of Endurance Seminar, we recommend you sign up for the Advanced Endurance Seminar Series.

  • Introduction to Endurance Seminar:
    • Tuesdays at 9-10 a.m. via zoom
  • Advanced Endurance Seminar:
