Undergraduate students who have been admitted to a Bachelor’s-Accelerated Master’s (BAM) program must fill out the form below to continue with the accelerated master’s program. The form should be filled out early in the semester in which you will complete your undergraduate requirements, and you must also apply online to graduate with your bachelor’s degree through your
s
tudent
portal.
These two steps must be completed by the following deadlines:
February 1 (for those students graduating in MAY)
March 1 (for those students graduating in AUGUST)
October 1 (for those students graduating in DECEMBER)
Matriculation into the master’s program will require that you have met the basic continuation requirement of 3.0 cumulative GPA. International students in F-1 or J-1 status must provide visa and funding information to ISSS for a change in level. ISSS approval is required prior to matriculation.
