In this action-oriented series, join Leslie Blood, PhD, Director of Graduate Community and Program Development, to discuss planning methods, and how to effectively apply these tools to your personal and professional lives. This is a three part series that will cover the following:
Day 1: Holistic Planning
Learn how to address both personal and professional responsibilities while setting short and long term goals. This workshop will also teach you how to stay in alignment and make sure your priorities are reflected daily.
Day 2: Pre-contemplation & Reflection
Self-awareness is the key to successful planning. Ask good questions, get to know your accountability style and make sure that you are reflecting on your performance daily. This will help you determine what is keeping you in and out of alignment.
Day 3: How to create your planner
Sometimes finding the perfect planner feels impossible. If you want to create your own to best fit your organization style, this is the workshop for you. I will be sharing the planner I made for myself and walk you through how to do the same.
Sign up for this workshop, add it to your calendar and PLAN to attend!
