Join a community of graduate students for a four-day retreat designed to help you build momentum, make meaningful progress on your writing goals, and establish productive habits for the semester ahead. Whether you're drafting, revising, or simply trying to get words on the page, this retreat offers the dedicated time, space, and support you need to succeed.
We encourage participants to attend all four days to maximize focus, accountability, and progress.
What to Expect:
8:30–9:00 a.m. | Morning Kickoff Start each day with energizing sessions focused on topics such as:
9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Dedicated Writing Time Settle in for uninterrupted writing in a supportive, motivating environment alongside fellow graduate writers.
Individual Writing Support A Writing Center consultant will be available for one-on-one appointments to provide feedback on papers, thesis or dissertation chapters, manuscripts, grant applications, and other academic writing projects.
Coffee and light breakfast provided for those who RSVP by August 19.
