Grad+ Summer Seminar Intensive: (re)Building Strong Foundations with Wellness
July 8, 9, 10, 2025
10 a.m. - 12 p.m. via zoom
Staying committed to your goals for graduate school is difficult. The substantial amount of institutional uncertainty in 2025 may have added a whole new question: “What’s the point?”
If you feel discouraged about completing your grad degree and want to rekindle your motivation to push through and finish strong, this seminar is for you. Stacy Gerberich, PsyD, CAPS Embedded Therapist for the Graduate School, will help you get back to basics and reinvigorate your work.
Starting with the psychology of executive functioning, you will learn how to cultivate motivation, avoid the common pitfalls of self-sabotage, and rebuild foundations for wellness and resilience as you tackle big goals in an uncertain world.
Open to all grad students and postdocs.
Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
