Endurance PhD/MA Seminar Series - Spring 2022 Registration

Led by Leslie Blood, PhD, Director of Graduate Community and Program Development, this Grad+ seminar series will consist of weekly check-ins, goal setting, and a clear understanding of how values should drive goals and habit structures. Students will find that Endurance PhD/MA seminars provide a solid foundation which should reduce stress and help them find their place in the graduate community.

For the spring 2022 semester, we will focus on implementing small changes to create habits, developing a growth mindset, and putting our plans into action with measurable outcomes.  Aligning values, drive, motivation and accountability needs will greatly increase your productivity while decreasing stress.  Graduate school may be challenging, but with more self-awareness and resilience you can greatly improve, not only your time at CU, but your life.

We will offer two virtual options and two in-person options. These will not be broken out by year as previously structured. If you have never participated in our Endurance PhD/MA Seminar Series, we recommend you sign up for the Introduction session on Tuesdays. If you have taken at least a year of seminar with Leslie, (for example Build Your Base), feel free to sign up for any of the other three sessions available.
  • Mondays via zoom from 9-10 a.m.
  • Tuesdays via zoom from 9-10 a.m. (Introduction to Endurance PhD/MA)
  • Wednesdays in-person from 9-10 a.m.
  • Wednesdays in-person from 10-11 a.m.
Completing this registration form will ensure your spot in the next cohort of students beginning the week of Jan. 24, 2022. Please submit your registration by Friday, Jan. 21. If you would like to join after that date, reach out to Leslie.Blood@colorado.edu.
